Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Concordia Research Chems website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research-based products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit once an order has been processed and shipped.

Products are not eligible for return or refund if:

• You change your mind or no longer need the product

• You ordered the wrong product, quantity, or specification

• You misunderstood the purpose or intended research use

2. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect product or your order arrives damaged during transit, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

• You contact us within 3 business days of delivery

• You provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued only at our discretion if a replacement cannot be provided.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with:

• Your local carrier or post office

• Your building’s parcel room or mailbox provider

• Nearby neighbors in case of misdelivery

If the carrier officially marks the package as lost, please contact us at sales@concordiarc.com so we can assist with a resolution. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment and shipment. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has entered the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible.

If a cancellation is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

5. Refund Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Opened or used products

• Products exposed to improper storage or handling

• Products purchased using discount codes or promotional offers

• Orders refused at delivery or returned without authorization

6. Research Use Notice

All products sold by Concordia Research Chems LLC are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption. Any misuse of our products voids all eligibility for refunds, replacements, or support.
